When a client comes to us, they want their event not only organized and implemented they also want it styled , that’s where we come in. We start with an extensive questionnaire in order to get a better understanding of your needs. Below is how we style your event from beginning to end…….

Preliminary meeting:
An Initial preliminary meeting is setup with the client at the venue or over email in order to evaluate the environment, take measurements, get videos & photos and find out exactly what your needs are for the day of the event. You are encouraged to have photos, fabric swatches, inspiration, flowers etc.  in order to assist with the design process. Once we feel like we have your vision completely, we go to the drawing board.

Design Proposal and Custom Quote:
After the our meeting, we will prepare a personalized proposal based on your needs and requirements. This proposal will include a draft budget plus a preliminary design plan for your event.

Design Meetings:

We will meet with the client to finalize any design details that are required to produce your event. These details may include:

Complete Creative Proposal
Mock up Stationery Design
Mock up of centerpieces and sample table design
Mock up of backdrops and props
Lighting demonstrations

2 Week Final Meeting:
We will provide a final design plan and timetable for your event. At this time, the final payment is due and any last minute details will be implemented into the plan.

One week prior:
We consult with your vendors on the design & layout of:
Tables {Sweetheart Table/Bridal Party Table/Cake Table

Day before event:
We will confirm all last minute details and may {if available} load into the event and start setup.

Day of event:
We will deliver setup and return to tear down if applicable.
Each Event is different therefore no two clients will require the exact same services. Because of that we don’t offer any set pricing or packages. We provide our fees depending on the requirements and services that you choose. We cannot quote rates and rentals without a complete understanding of the requirements and needs of your event. Once proposal is accepted:
Retainer {non-refundable} 10% with a minimum of $500
2nd Payment 90 days before event
Final Payment 30 days before event
