Submit a Wedding

We are so excited that you would like your wedding day and/or work featured on Louisiana Wedding Style! We love receiving submissions from brides, photographers, stylists, florists, weddings planners, and everyone else in the wedding industry. We’re looking for truly fun weddings – weddings full of personality! Whether they’re vintage inspired, modern, rustic, whimsical or a little of each. We’re looking for:

• Creativity
• Couples with personalities that really shine through in the photos

• A keen eye for fashion and styling

How many images?
If it’s a wedding please submit 10-15 photos including detail shots, portraits, ceremony and reception. For engagement sessions and other wedding related photoshoots 15-20 images is great. If you have a blog, you can also send me a link to the feature. If you are a bride/groom submitting your wedding, please make sure you have permission to share your photos from your photographer.
What type of information should I send?
Please send a list of your vendors, any special DIY projects for the day, and/or any other special things to note. (For weddings, I love to know your inspiration behind the day, favorite memory of the day, and any advice you have for brides planning now).
What size photos?
Images should be 650 pixels across and without watermarks. Please send all the photos in one zip file or through dropbox.com
Who do I send them To
To submit your work via email, please send it to louisianaweddingstyle[at]hotmail.com and include “SUBMISSION and what type” in the subject line

When will I know if my wedding (or other session) is going to be featured?
We truly appreciate you sharing your wedding day/work with us! If we think your wedding or engagement session is a good fit for Louisiana Wedding Style, We will contact you within 3 days of your submission to let you know it has been selected to be featured.
How do I submit my product or DIY project to be featured on Louisiana Wedding Style?
Please send us 4 – 10 images of your product and a brief description about what it is. Due to the large amount of emails and press releases we receive daily, We unfortunately can’t respond to everyone, but will let you know if we plan to feature it.
I’m a vendor or company interested in submitting some of my products to be reviewed on Louisiana Wedding Style. How do I go about doing this?
